1st ,,THANK GOD FOR TODD!! Seriously, I don't know what I would have done without him!!!
Picture this: 5:30 pm on a Pro Bowl Sunday and the fruit of my loins starts yelling about a leak. Well teens are dramatic... BUT when I saw water all over the floor of one bathroom and 5 minutes later the second bathroom is filling with water and gray crap is coming out of the shower: BIG PROBLEM. Huge problem since I am a a fund weak mom on my own while the dad is at war. Anyway, I found Todd here on yelp and called him: he ANSWERED: did I say it was 5:30 pm on a Pro Bowl Sunday?? Todd told me he would be here is 30 minutes: AND HE WAS! He told me he would explain everything up front: AND HE DID!!! And the best part: he even gave us a discount since my son helped him out a bit. Did I already say "5:30 pm on a Pro Bowl Sunday": A Discount!!?? AND He fixed it all and in less than an hour.
Seriously: If you have a plumbing problem, Todd is a great professional guy who will tell you like it is and wont rip you off!!

Todd just left the house and he has my "highly recommended" 5 STARS OF APPROVAL.  He was here  on Saturday, after 4,30. He actually arrive around 25 minutes after I called him....snaked the drain and left. I had previiously called someone else but the other guy left me hanging without coming over at all. So I called Todd, found him on craigs list and if I have another need for a plumber, he will be the "only one I call".  Thanks Todd.Much appreciated.

I called Todd when both of our showers backed up at the same time. I knew this was going to be a main sewer line issue... but little did I know how bad it would be. After trying to clear the clog through regular means, Todd was forced to dig down and find the sewer line, then try and clear it that way. Once he determined the clog was not normal (the line was broken) he suggested I call the city and get them out just in case it was on their side of the property line... and that, ladies and gentleman, is where he gained a customer for life. He could have easily told me "you have a collapsed line and its going to cost you XXX to fix" but instead he did the right thing and informed me of an option that saved me a lot of money (the break was on the city's side of the line). If you want an honest, hard working plumber, call A-1.

Here's what I think about plumbers:  when I look for a plumber, I want a guy that's a plumber for life.  I'm  not looking for the cheapest guy on Craigslist, I'm looking for a guy that knows what he's doing, will get it done faster, and it will stay fixed.  That's Todd, he's done work for me for the last 10 years in three different properties.  Everyone needs a quality plumber, Todd is the guy!

Todd was the only one answering the phone live when my mom, who's 93 had a clogged sink drain.  He made it a point to get over to her right away and was careful about climbing on the roof and not damaging any tiles.   Up front and to the point, I would recommend Todd for a go-to no nonsense solution to your plumbing and drain problems.

Todd has been taking care of our plumbing needs for the past 10 years.  He is always fast...comes right over and gets the job done.  Always satisfied with his service and he is most reasonable.  He just popped over this afternoon to do a rush hose bib replacement for some garden irrigation.  Great job as always!

Todd came out on a Saturday to replace a pipe in my garage and a bathtub fixture.  I called him and he came out within 2 hours, did not charge extra for weekend work, finished both jobs in 2.5 hours. He is efficient, professional and really friendly. He even snaked the bathtub. He is very reasonable. Will definitely use him again!

Todd did some great work at our house. Our tub was a disaster and he had to remove a whole pipe out.
He came on time, was easy to get along with and did a great job all around.

Todd has helped me with several projects at my property in Normal Heights over the past 2 years. Each time he is reliable, friendly, fast and affordable. He can get any job done quickly and with minimum mess and disturbance (in my case to tenants). He always responds to a call in less than an hour and comes out ASAP.  First visit he came in the middle of a rain storm in December and got the job done in 30 minutes. Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber becasue it means your shiz is messed up, but when you do call one, you want them to be fast and reliable and affordable.  This was the second time i have called Todd and I was really happy both times.  He answered his phone immeditaly, came over within an hour on both calls, and did the services for excellent prices.  The first time he came he even had to go to home depot and get parts and materials and was still back in less than 30 minuts.  He is a good guy, knowledgable and doesnt charge an arm and a leg.  Highly recommend him.
